韓國政府加快腳步實施韓國RoHS

2007年底韓國電子電機設備及車輛回收法案(Act on the Recycling of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Vehicles，以下簡稱韓國RoHS)、法令（Enforcement Ordinance）及規範(Enforcement Regulation)通過後，韓國政府加速制定其實施方法。2008年1月底，韓國環境部及商業、產業暨能源部已公布5個實施方法，以及具法律效力及符合韓國RoHS之強制要求。

而管理電機電子設備及車輛之生態保證系統(Eco-assurance System)的電子框架(electronic framework)也已開始運作。此系統全名為Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Vehicle Eco-Assurance System。

韓國RoHS法規及實施方法制定時程表：

#2007年4月27日　電機電子設備及車輛回收法案(Act on the Recycling of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Automobiles) (國會通過第8405號法案)

#2007年12月28日　電機電子設備及車輛回收法案法令(Enforcement Ordinance of Act on the Recycling of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Vehicles)　(第20480號總統令)

#2007年12月31日　電機電子設備及車輛回收法案規範(Enforcement Regulation of Act on the Recycling of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Vehicles)　（環境部第267號法令）

#2008年1月7日 　2008強制電機電子設備回收率通知(Public Notice on 2008 Obligatory Recycling Rate for Electrical and Electronic Equipment)　(環境部第2007-211號法令）

#2008年1月7日　準備及繳交廢電機電子設備及廢棄車輛運輸清單指引通知(Public Notice on the Guidance for the Preparation and Submission of Waste Manifest for the Transport of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment and End-of-Life Vehicles) (環境部第2007-210號通知)　

#2008年1月29日 車輛回收資訊之規定通知(Public Notice on the Provision of Recycling Information for Vehicles) (環境部第2008-18號通知)

#2008年1月29日 車輛回收率及可回收利用率計算方法通知(Public Notice on the Provision of Recycling Information for Vehicles) (環境部第2008-16號通知；環境部及商業、產業暨能源部第2008-8號通知)
