The new UK RoHS regulations officially came into effect on February 1, 2008.

The new UK RoHS regulations officially came into effect on February 1, 2008. The UK Department for Business, Enterprise and Reform (BERR) also prepared a guidance document on the application of the new regulations for industry reference.

The attached document contains the original text of the new RoHS regulation (SI 2008 No. 37). The new guidelines can be obtained from the RoHS Information website under Current Status of RoHS Directives.
