The six-month deadline for submitting notifications to ECHA regarding the seven substances of very high concern is fast approaching.

ECHA reminds manufacturers and importers that if their products contain any of the seven substances of very high concern added on June 20 this year, they must notify ECHA by December 20 this year.

ECHA provides the latest Q&A information on its website for manufacturers required to report within this timeframe, and also provides guidelines for calculating tonnage, time, etc.

The ECHA website also provides tools for notifications, guidelines, and document submission forms.
