Norway plans to restrict lead, PCP, MCCP and PFOA in consumer products.

挪威擬禁止生產，進口，出口或銷售消費產品中含有鉛，五氯苯酚（PCP）的，中鏈氯化石蠟（中鏈氯化石蠟）或全氟辛酸（PFOA），如果在消費產品中的均值材料濃度超過一定限度值。

Norway intends to prohibit the production, import, export or sale of consumer products that contain lead, pentachlorophenol (PCP), medium-chain chlorinated paraffins (MCCPs) or perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) in consumer products' homogeneous components if they exceed certain limit values. The restrctions are due to be adopted this spring and come into force on 1 July 2012. According to norway,s notification to the WTO, the regulation does not apply to food products, food packaging, fertiliser, tobacco, medicine, means of transport, permanently mounted equipment for means of transport and tyres and similar accessories for means of transport.
