ECHA Announces Second Batch of Substances to be Added to the List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs) NO. 32/2009 The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) recently (December 7, 2009) announced on its website the second batch of substances to be added to the SVHC candidate list. The SVHC candidate list is expected to be officially updated in January 2010.
