The promotion of carbon labeling at these hotels has led Hilton to discover that customers are embracing low-carbon eating, leading them to offer more low-carbon options on their autumn menus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hilton partnered with climate sustainability consultancy Klimato to implement the initiative, which labels dishes on the menu as low, medium or high carbon, based on the carbon footprint of each dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the program launched in May, it has shown an increasing popularity of low-carbon dishes, demonstrating that carbon labeling helps customers make informed choices. Based on this finding, Hilton continues to develop more low-carbon dishes to provide guests with a wider range of options.
