A workshop was held from April 14, 2014, encouraging all interested parties to submit comments. The deadline for comments on the draft proposal was extended to June 13, and OEHHA staff continued to meet with stakeholders during this period. This proposal was to be formally submitted in the summer of 2014, and if adopted, it would take effect in 2015.
