The report revealed significant differences among member states in the formulation of their penalties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The countries with the strictest penalties for violating REACH regulations are the United Kingdom, Belgium, Ireland, Poland, and Portugal. The least stringent countries are Austria, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, and Romania.
