class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5feb\u65f6\u5c1a\u5174\u8d77\uff0c\u4e22\u8863\u670d\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u4e5f\u52a0\u5feb\uff0c\u5e9f\u5f03\u8863\u7269\u4f55\u5904\u53bb\uff1f\u6839\u636e\u6b27\u6d32\u73af\u5883\u7f72\uff08EEA\uff092023\u5e74\u7684\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u5e9f\u7eba\u7ec7\u54c1\u51fa\u53e3\u572820\u5e74\u95f4\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e862\u500d\uff0c2019\u5e74\u8fbe170\u4e07\u5428\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d46%\u9500\u5f80\u975e\u6d32\u300141%\u9500\u5f80\u4e9a\u6d32\u3002\u6709\u4e9b\u4e8c\u624b\u8863\u80fd\u518d\u9500\u552e\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u964d\u7ea7\u4e3a\u5de5\u4e1a\u788e\u5e03\u6216\u586b\u5145\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u5219\u8fdb\u5165\u9732\u5929\u63a9\u57cb\u573a\u6216\u4efb\u610f\u4e22\u5f03\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">25\u65e5\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u73af\u5883\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u5f00\u4f1a\uff0c\u6cd5\u56fd\u3001\u4e39\u9ea6\u4e0e\u745e\u5178\u8054\u624b\u63d0\u8bae\u4ee5\u300a\u5df4\u585e\u5c14\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\uff08Basel Convention\uff09\u7ba1\u5236\u4e8c\u624b\u8863\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\uff0c\u5e76\u8981\u6c42\u51fa\u53e3\u524d\u5e94\u5148\u53d6\u5f97\u8fdb\u53e3\u56fd\u7684\u540c\u610f\u3002 \u300a\u5df4\u585e\u5c14\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\u662f\u7ba1\u5236\u6709\u5bb3\u5e9f\u5f03\u7269\u7684\u8de8\u56fd\u8f6c\u79fb\u7684\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u516c\u7ea6\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u9488\u5bf9\u5148\u8fdb\u56fd\u5bb6\u5c06\u5e9f\u5f03\u7269\u8f6c\u5f80\u7b2c\u4e09\u4e16\u754c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6cd5\u56fd\u73af\u5883\u90e8\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u300c\u975e\u6d32\u4e0d\u8be5\u6210\u4e3a\u5feb\u65f6\u5c1a\u7684\u5783\u573e\u573a\u300d\u3002 \u300a\u8def\u900f\u793e\u300b\u62a5\u5bfc\uff0c\u4e39\u9ea6\u9a7b\u6b27\u76df\u526f\u5e38\u4efb\u4ee3\u8868\u6770\u53ef\u5e03\u68ee\uff08Soren Jacobsen\uff09\u5728\u4f1a\u4e2d\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u7eba\u7ec7\u5e9f\u5f03\u7269\u51fa\u53e3\u5230\u5f00\u53d1\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6\u4f1a\u5371\u5bb3\u5230\u5f53\u5730\u7684\u73af\u5883\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u4e0e\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u5e94\u4e2d\u6b62\u8fd9\u79cd\u884c\u4e3a\u3002\u6cd5\u56fd\u4ee3\u8868\u4e5f\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7981\u4ee4\u5c06\u6709\u52a9\u5065\u5168\u6b27\u76df\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u7eba\u7ec7\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u4f53\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u975e\u6d32\u4e1a\u8005\u79f0\u63d0\u6848\u5c06\u5f71\u54cd\u767e\u4e07\u4eba\u751f\u8ba1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u745e\u5178\u6c14\u5019\u90e8\u957f\u6ce2\u5c14\u83ab\u5361\u5854\u91cc\uff08Romina Pourmokhtari\uff092\u6708\u5e95\u5230\u80af\u4e9a\u53c2\u52a0\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u73af\u5883\u5927\u4f1a\uff0c\u4ed6\u7279\u5730\u5230\u5948\u6d1b\u6bd4\u6cb3\u7554\u4e86\u89e3\u4e8c\u624b\u8863\u5e9f\u5f03\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u968f\u540c\u53c2\u8bbf\u7684\u5728\u5730\u73af\u5883\u7ec4\u7ec7\u300c\u6d01\u51c0\u80af\u4e9a\u300d\uff08Clean Up Kenya\uff09\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u80af\u4e9a\u6bcf\u5e74\u8fdb\u53e320\u4e07\u5428\u7684\u4e8c\u624b\u8863\uff0c\u5e38\u6709\u810f\u6c61\u3001\u7834\u635f\uff0c\u5c3a\u5bf8\u4e0d\u5408\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u987b\u4fee\u6539\u624d\u80fd\u7a7f\uff0c\u4ea7\u751f\u8bb8\u591a\u5e9f\u5f03\u7269\u3002\u4f46\u5f53\u5730\u5904\u7406\u4f53\u7cfb\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u5948\u6d1b\u6bd4\u6cb3\u6210\u4e86\u5783\u573e\u573a\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c31\u662f\u90e8\u957f\u89c1\u5230\u7684\u573a\u666f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p \u300a\u8def\u900f\u793e\u300b\u62a5\u5bfc\uff0c\u80af\u4e9a\u4e8c\u624b\u8863\u56de\u6536\u534f\u4f1a\u4e3b\u5e2d\u6069\u6b63\u5609\uff08Teresia Wairimu Njenga\uff09\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u80af\u4e9a\u81f3\u5c11\u6709200\u4e07\u4eba\u53e3\u4f9d\u8d56\u4e8c\u624b\u8863\u8f6c\u5356\u4ea7\u4e1a\uff0c\u63d0\u6848\u5c06\u51b2\u51fb\u5f53\u5730\u751f\u8ba1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
